TERMS & LICENCE

These terms cover the use of Junk Atelier plugins and this website.

1. The licence you get

When you buy a Junk Atelier plugin you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use that plugin. One licence covers activation on up to three machines you own or control. The licence is perpetual for the version you bought.

2. What you may not do

Share, resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the plugin or your licence key.
Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat the licensing.
Use the plugin to build a competing product.

3. Demo mode

Each plugin ships as a free, fully featured demo with a periodic audio interruption, so you can evaluate it before buying. Activating a valid licence key removes the interruption.

4. Ownership

Junk Atelier (and its creator) retains all intellectual property in the plugins, their code, design and branding. You own your settings and the music you make. We claim nothing in your output.

5. No warranty & liability

The plugins are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Junk Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost audio work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Payments

Purchases are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar, who processes payment, tax and invoicing. Polar's terms also apply to your purchase.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one on this page at the time of your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of Belgium.
