Try before you buy. Then sales are final, unless the licence genuinely doesn't work.

Try the demo first

Every plugin has a free, fully featured demo (with a short periodic audio interruption). It lets you test sound, features and DAW compatibility on your own system before paying. Because you can fully evaluate it for free, we treat paid purchases as final once the licence key is delivered.

When you do get a refund

If your licence key cannot activate the plugin and we cannot fix it for you, you get a full refund. We would rather fix it: reach out first and we will sort the activation. Faulty-product rights always apply.

Your EU rights

By completing checkout and getting immediate access to the download and licence key, you ask us to start delivery right away and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective.

How to ask

Email hello@junkatelier.com with your order reference (shown on your receipt and the post-purchase page). Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar, whose refund terms also apply.
